Air Conditioning: Available in every room, adjustable with its own thermostat located on the wall. As long as the balcony door and the windows are open the air conditioner does not work. Please insert your room card into the slot located on the wall for using the thermostat.

Babycot: To have a cot in your room please contact the reception.

Bathrobe: On the bathroom shelf. Bathrobe will be changed every week.

Beauty salon: Located on the groundﬂoor, and waits with hairdresser, hand- and footcare, cosmetics for his guests. Prices, information and appointment request at the Beauty Bar.

Bible: You can find it in the drawer of bedside table.

Blanket: We provide an extra blanket upon request. Please indicate your request at the reception.

Bike rental: More information at the reception.

Breakfast: An extensive buffet breakfast offering a selection of international and local breakfast dishes is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 am in our Monar- chia Restaurant Which is located on the ground ﬂoor. If you wish to or- der breakfast in your room, please hang the room service breakfast card outside door handle by 6:00 a.m. The room price includes breakfast to which an HUF 2000 room service surcharge per delivery will be added.

Café and bar: Located in the lobby, offering a great selection of beverages, coffee, tea, sandwiches and cakes. Open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Charging stations and adapters (for various electrical devices): can be requested at the reception (phone: 8)

Check out: The check out time is until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. To extend your stay please call the reception.

Children’s room: Children’s room is located on the ground ﬂoor. Children can try various board and skill-building games here.

Credit cards: Accepted credit cards: Maestro, MasterCard, Union Pay,Visa, V Pay.

Dental duty: 24 hours, if necessary, please contact the reception.

Drinks: Non-alcoholic and alcoholic mini-bar preparation packages can be ordered at the reception. Drinks served in the room between 6am and 10pm: please call 8. Download drinks

Dry Cleaning & Laundry, ironing: Our laundry service can be used every day, please indicate your need at the hotel reception by 4:00 p.m. We can return delivered textiles within 24 hours. A laundry bag can be found in the room closet. For laundry, ironing or sewing requests, please contact the reception.

Electrical adapter suitable for international use:
Electrical voltage: 220V. Please insert your card in the slot located at the door to switchon the electricity in your room. Electric adapter is available at the reception.

Emergency exit plan: According to the escape route on the door inside.

Fitness room: Located on the 6th ﬂoor, open every day 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. We kindly ask you to keep the scheduled opening hours and the compliance with the policy for the tranquillity for the other Guest. In case of any special sessions in the gym can not be used.

Flower & gift: Please contact the reception.

Garage: For parking in our underground garage please kindly ask for a parking space at the hotel reception. If you would like to drive in or out of the hotel garage, please insert your room card into the slot located on the wall at the entrance to open the door or press the door bell shortly. The Hungarian Highway Code applies in the garage. The hotel does not take responsibility for cars left in the hotel garage. The garage exit is only available by car, not on foot!

Hygiene kit: Available for a fee at the reception (razor, shaving cream, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair spray, tissues etc.).

Internet: Free wireless (WiFi) Internet access is available in whole hotel, you can get a code at the reception. The wired internet corner with printer is free of charge for our guests in the café.

IT help: Please contact the reception.

Luggage transport, storage: Please contact the reception in the case you would like to have luggage transport. Safe storage of luggage is available at the reception in the luggage room.

Pillow: In the case you need more pillows please contact the reception. There is the opportunity to get special pillows (sponge, feather, antiallergic).

Package delivery and storage:: Please indicate your need for package delivery or storage at the reception (phone: button 8). Luggage can be stored at the reception.

Restaurant: Located on the ground ﬂoor. The Monarchia Restaurant’s menu brings together contemporary international and traditional local cuisine, partnered with a variety of great Hungarian wines. After an extensive buffet we expect our guests with menu lunch and buffet dinner daily. Excellent selection of wines are offered next to the dishes. In the case you need special diet, please inform us at arriving. Room cleaning: Room cleaning daily, bath towel change every second day, bathrobe and bed linen change every week. An extra bath towel and bed linen are changed daily for an extra fee. For extra cleaning, additional blankets, pillows and sheets please call the reception. After cleaning we leave a card with the name of the employee who cleaned your room that day. We would like to improve the quality of services and would be grateful to receive your feedback on the housekeeping employee’s work at the reception.

Room service: Available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day, price: HUF 2000. For room service please call the reception.

Safe: Located in the wardrobe with user guide. Safe service is also available at the reception. The hotel does not take responsibility for any valuables.

Fire protection rules

Dear Guests,

For your own safety kindly follow the rules below:

Guest rooms have to be used according to the house rules.
Bringing ﬂammable liquid or gas into the hotel is not allowed.
Usage of electric cooking equipment and ironing in the hotel room are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas. (restaurant terrace, cafe terrace)
Smoking in bed is very dangerous.
Please do not throw matches and ash into the dustbin.
In case of a fire alarm please take your personal values and documents and leave the room and hotel as it shown on the emergency exit plan
Before leaving the room, please close the windows.
You are kindly requested to follow the instructions of the security and hotel staff.
If you see fire or smoke or just assume, that there might be any kind of danger, please advise the re- ception immediately, dial 8.

Our Hotel is equipped with fire protection, but we kindly call your attention to the followings:

In case of local ﬁre: You are have to use the fire extinguisher located on each ﬂoor, or please call the reception, the staff will provide you with help.

In case of extensive ﬁre: You are have to leave the hotel with your valuables in the shortest way possible. The emergency exit plan is displayed on the door inside.

In case of fire do not use the lifts!
