The treatments based on the Hévíz thermal water primarily serve to ease musculoskeletal complaints, support rehabilitation and improve quality of life. The cure is particularly recommended for:
- those living with joint wear and spinal problems,
- chronic rheumatological complaints,
- to support rehabilitation after surgery, injuries and accidents,
- osteoporosis and certain conditions involving impaired mobility,
- musculoskeletal complaints of chronic neurological origin,
- as a complementary treatment for certain gynaecological and dermatological problems.
A consultation with a specialist is recommended in all cases before undergoing the treatments. The Hévíz spa cure is not recommended in cases including:
- active cancer,
- acute inflammatory or infectious conditions,
- severe cardiovascular and circulatory diseases,
- inadequately managed metabolic diseases,
- during pregnancy,
- as well as for children under the age of 14.
