• Aqua fitness: A qualified member of our staff holds water aerobics sessions in the hotel pool at the times posted in the lifts and at the pool entrance; participation is free of charge.
• Baby equipment: Baby bath, toilet seat reducer, high chair, cot with bedding – please let Reception know your request (button 8).
• Bank cards: Bank cards accepted at our hotel: Maestro, MasterCard, Union Pay, Visa, V Pay
• Bible: In the drawer of the bedside table.
• Shoe cleaning: A shoe-polishing machine is located at the hotel entrance. A shoe-cleaning sponge and shoehorn are provided in the room.
• Luggage transport and storage: Please let Reception know if you require luggage transport or storage (telephone: button 8). Luggage can be stored at Reception.
• Designated smoking area: In front of the hotel entrance.
• Electric car charging: Please let Reception know your request.
• Electrical voltage: 220V. To switch on the power supply, please insert your room card into the card holder by the entrance door.

• Restaurant: Our Monarchia Restaurant on the ground floor offers light, international-style dishes alongside traditional Hungarian specialities on its menu. After a delicious buffet breakfast, we also warmly welcome our guests for a light grill lunch and a buffet dinner. We also recommend a selection of excellent Hungarian wines to accompany the meals. Please let Reception know of any special dietary requirements (gluten intolerance, milk allergy, diabetes, etc.). Further information at Reception. • Fitness room: Located on the 6th floor, it is available to our guests every day from 08:00 to 20:00 with cardio and strength machines. For the comfort of all guests, please observe the above hours and the house rules. The fitness room cannot be used during private sessions.

• Bathrobe: Located on the bathroom shelf. The bathrobe is changed weekly.
• Bathroom chair: Available at Reception (telephone: button 8).
• Garage: To park in our garage – for a fee – please request a parking space at the hotel Reception. Please use your room card when entering and exiting our underground garage. After checking out of the hotel, please briefly press the bell at the exit when leaving. Please note that the rules of the road apply in our garage and that the hotel accepts no liability for vehicles parked in the garage. The garage exit may only be used by vehicle, not on foot!

• Internet: We provide free wireless (WiFi) internet access throughout the hotel; it works with a code, which our colleagues will give you at Reception on arrival. The wired internet corner in the lobby is free of charge for our resident guests.

• Playroom: In the children’s room on the ground floor, little ones can try out various board games and skill-developing games.

• Air conditioning: Controlled in each room by the thermostat on the wall. While the balcony door and window are open, the air conditioning does not work. To operate the air conditioning, please insert your room card into the card holder.

• Massage: Our therapy department is located on the ground floor. Advice and appointments at the therapy reception. Tel.: 990. Our hotel offers guests comprehensive treatment programmes. Our services include classic and alternative treatments alongside traditional medical therapies. For advice and appointments, please contact the Therapy reception. • Breakfast: In our ground-floor Monarchia Restaurant, a generous buffet awaits our guests with an international breakfast selection complemented by local flavours, every day from 07:00 to 10:00. If you wish to have breakfast in your room, please hang the room-service breakfast card on the outside door handle by 6:00 a.m. A charge of HUF 4,000 per occasion applies for room service.

• Sauna: A Finnish and bio-aroma sauna and steam cabin can be found in our ground-floor wellness area. Opening hours can be found under the „Opening hours” point of the guest information.
• Function room: The „Small Room” adjoining our hotel’s Monarchia Restaurant offers the possibility of hosting events for up to 25 people. On request, for a separate fee, we can provide a projector, projection screen and flipchart, and a coffee break can also be arranged on request.
• Safe: Instructions for the in-room safe can be found next to the safe. A safe deposit box at Reception is available free of charge. The hotel accepts no liability for valuables left in the room.
• Beauty salon: Our Beauty Bar salon welcomes guests on the ground floor with hairdressing, manicure-pedicure and cosmetic services. Appointments can be made at the salon.

• Cleaning: The room is cleaned daily, towels are changed every two days, the bathrobe weekly, and bed linen every 3 days. If you do not require a change of bed linen, please let Reception know (tel.: 8). Towel and bed linen changes are carried out daily on request. For blanket and pillow requests, please call Reception. After cleaning, we leave a card in the room with the name of the staff member who cleaned your room that day. To serve our guests to the highest possible standard, please share your feedback about our cleaning colleague’s work at Reception.

• Wellness and Spa: Services available free of charge for our resident guests in our wellness area: • Experience wellness pool with neck shower (30°C), • whirlpool (34°C), • bio-aroma sauna, Finnish sauna, • steam cabin, a shower room combining a bucket shower and a classic shower, • during the summer months, a pleasant sun terrace. Sauna sheets are available in our wellness area, which guests can request from the pool attendant. Wellness towels can be requested free of charge at Reception, with free daily replacement.
