Wellness and Pool Rules

Dear Guests,

For the safe and undisturbed use of the wellness area and pool facilities, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules. Our goal is to provide pleasant, calm and safe relaxation for every one of our guests.

1. Entering the pool area and the sauna world in outdoor footwear is prohibited. The use of slippers is mandatory throughout the entire wellness area.
2. Every guest may use the services of the wellness area and pool solely at their own risk. The hotel accepts no liability for any accidents that may occur.
3. The services of our wellness area may not be used by:
   • persons with a fever,
   • persons with an infectious illness,
   • persons with an open wound,
   • persons suffering from a skin disease,
   • persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

1. For hygiene reasons, taking a shower before using the wellness area is mandatory.
2. There is an increased risk of slipping in the wellness area, so we ask our guests to pay particular attention to their own physical safety.
3. Jumping into the pools is prohibited. The hotel accepts no liability for accidents resulting from improper use of the pools and wellness equipment.
4. Climbing onto the built-in elements of the pools is strictly prohibited and poses a risk of injury.
5. The hotel accepts no liability for valuables and personal belongings left unattended in the wellness area.
6. Playing with a ball in the experience pool is permitted only without disturbing other guests. Ball games are not allowed in the whirlpool, on the sun terrace and in other wellness units.
7. The use of soap, shampoo or other cleansing products in the pools is prohibited.
8. Fragile items, items made of glass or items that could cause injury may not be brought into the pool area or its surroundings.
9. Food and alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the wellness area. Only the consumption of products sold by the hotel is permitted. Bringing food and drink into the pools and saunas is prohibited.
10. Instructions for using the saunas and the steam cabin can be found at the entrance to each unit. The use of a sheet or towel is mandatory in all areas of the sauna world.
11. Please place used towels in the laundry collector located next to the pool attendant’s desk.
12. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building and in the indoor wellness area.
13. Please use the loungers and chairs as intended. They may not be reserved in advance with a towel or other items. Items left unattended for an extended period may be collected by our staff.
14. Pets may not be brought into the wellness area.
15. In case of a complaint or comment, please feel free to turn to our staff or our reception colleagues.

1. In the wellness area, children under the age of 14 may only stay under parental supervision.
2. For health reasons, the use of the saunas and steam cabins is not recommended for children under the age of 10. Guests under the age of 18 may use these services only under parental supervision and responsibility.
3. Children under the age of 3 may only use the wellness pools wearing swim nappies.
4. Swim rings and other water toys may only be used under parental supervision.
5. Please ensure that children do not climb onto the built-in elements of the pools, as their use poses a risk of injury.
6. On the sun terrace, children may only stay under parental supervision. The terrace has a movable roof structure, so we ask you to keep an especially close eye on your children.

In the event of any extraordinary occurrence, personal injury, hazardous situation or technical problem, please notify our staff immediately.

The pool attendant is a professional trained in first aid, who is continuously available during the opening hours of the wellness area.

Compliance with the instructions of the pool attendants and wellness staff is mandatory for every guest.

Observance of the house rules is mandatory for all guests present anywhere in the wellness area.
