Before your arrival you might have a couple of questions, we have tried to collect a bunch of the most common ones and answer them.

Do I have to show my identity card or passport at check-in?

According to a government regulation 2016 CLVI., from 1st. of September, we require to check all of our guests an identity card or passport at check-in, which the hotel must record in the VIZA database.

Is a Covid vaccination card required to use the hotel?

A vaccination certificate is not necessary in Hungary in restaurants, accommodation, leisure facilities, at cultural events with reserved seats and performances.

When can I occupy a room at the earliest?

The rooms can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

Until when do I have to leave the room?

You have to leave the room until 10:00 on the day of departure. If you want to remain in our hotel longer, a storage room is available for your luggage, and it is possible to extend your stay for a surcharge.

What credit cards can I pay with in the hotel?

Our hotel accepts the cards of the following VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO.

What kind of parking is available in the hotel?

Hotel underground parking: EUR 12,- / night (available in limited number) It is not possible to reserve a parking space, it is occupied in the order of arrival depending. Please note that our underground car park is unguarded and our hotel is not responsible for any damage that may occur.
Parking in the closed court: EUR 9,- / night 250 meters from the hotel. We inform you that the yard is unguarded and our hotel is not responsible for any damage,that may occur.
Upon arrival, you can park from Széchenyi Street, in front of the main entrance (paving street).

Does the hotel provide Wifi internet?

Yes, free WIFI connection opportunity in the hotel.

Can I take my pets in the hotel rooms?

We welcome your furry 4-legged family members. (for a fee, 17 Eur/night)
You can take your dog on a short leash. pets not allowed to go into our wellness and therapy area, restaurant and drink bar.

What are the opening hours of the hotel facilities?

Is tourist tax included in the room rates and packages?

No, tourist tax should be paid separately; it is currently 597 HUF / person / night (from 18 years).

What basic amenities do the rooms have?

Every room has: Adjustable heating and air conditioning (Depending on temperature outside), TV with Hungarian and international channels, Telephone, Bathroom with shower, Bathrobe, Hairdryer, Double bed, Desk with chairs, Dining table, Vanity

Does the hotel provide bathrobes?

Our hotel provides bathrobes free of charge for all hotel rooms.

Does the hotel provide separate towels for the wellness area?

You can get a wellness towel at the reception desk for 1000 HUF caution.
The caution will be charged at your room account and it will be cancelled after you give the towel back to the reception.
You can change the wellness towel in the pool area once a day free of charge.

Can the rooms have extra beds?

Standard rooms can be fitted with one extra bed. You can find the price of extra bed with the room rates and promotional packages.

What baby amenities can the hotel provide?

In case of prior claim our hotel can provide baby cot, baby bath, kettle and high chair in the restaurant. If you have such request please contact our colleagues at reception.

What is included in half board?

The half-board in our hotel includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner.
