We guarantee this
If you find a cheaper public offer elsewhere within 24 hours of making your reservation, we will of course immediately adjust and confirm our offer based on the lower price.
In order to claim your warranty you must do the following
- Send it to the email address email@example.com that you have found a better price than the one on our website. In the letter, include the name and address (URL) of the website with the lower price and attach a screenshot of the offer in question.
- Send the code and details of your reservation that you have completed on our website no later than 24 hours before your signal.
The basic condition for the validity of the guarantee is that you have a valid confirmed room reservation from the Palace Hotel**** Hévíz website.
The cheaper price applies to the same booking conditions as the one confirmed by us. These conditions are as follows:
- the arrival and departure times in the reservation are the same
- the number of guests and the age of the guests are the same
- the room type and the number of rooms are the same
- there is no difference between the quantity and content of the other services ordered

The price guarantee does not apply to the following price types
- at prices available on a non-public interface (club system, corporate...).
- in the case of prices available on auction websites
- in the case of using loyalty points awarded by a partner
